Mice are crafty creatures that scavenge materials to build nests and often live in groups when indoors. So one mouse inside can mean many. Expect them to stay close to their nest and be shy of people. The problem with mice is that they will chew through almost anything. Their front teeth continually grow so they have to chew a lot to file them down. They are even known to chew through electrical wires. This is especially dangerous considering that their nests are a perfect pile of kindling. They’re most often gray or light brown and around 2 inches long. They won’t often come out in front of people but the sounds of scampering feet and chewing are tell-tale signs.
Other small rodents like rats are just as concerning. They live in packs, build nests and also chew on just about anything. They can carry disease but wont often bite people unless provoked. Traps not cutting it? Contact our team for professional help.
